Vellum
A small archive of the household. Warranties, receipts, manuals — kept in one place, findable the moment something breaks.
We’ll email when there’s a beta to try. No spam, no other lists.
The receipt you find six months too late
Every household keeps a small archive — warranty cards, order confirmations, appliance manuals, the receipt for the dishwasher you paid extra to extend the warranty on. It lives in a kitchen drawer, a Gmail label, a folder somewhere. The pieces don’t go missing because nobody is trying. They go missing because the system is the person who is paying attention, and the person is paying attention to other things.
What Vellum does
Forward order confirmations and warranty emails to a private Vellum inbox. Vellum reads them and extracts what matters — the product, the warranty length, the return window, the model number, the receipt. When the dishwasher stops draining nineteen months later, you ask Vellum and it shows you the manual page, the warranty status, and the part you’re probably about to need.
Who it’s for
Homeowners and long-term renters who buy enough durable goods that the warranty/receipt/return-window math actually matters. Not landlords managing portfolios. Not businesses tracking depreciation. Just households that don’t want to lose another $200 to a warranty they couldn’t find.
Where we are
Vellum is being built quietly by Springhead. The first version is on the way. Sign up above and we’ll write when it’s ready for early users.
